Privacy Policy

The Arabic text is authoritative. This English version is provided for understanding only.

What we collect

  • Your account: email address, and the display name and username you choose. And your favourite club if you pick one.
  • Your activity in the app: your predictions, your votes, your points, and the clubs you follow.
  • Your device: a notification token if you enable notifications, and the app version — to send what you asked for and to know which version a fault came from.

We do not collect your location, nor your contacts, nor your photos.

Why we collect it

  • To run your account and keep your points.
  • To send the notifications you chose.
  • To know what breaks and fix it.

We do not sell your data, and do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

  • Supabase — our database and authentication.
  • Apple / Google — sending notifications.
  • Anthropic — generating match analysis and forecasts from match data. No personal data is sent.

Your rights

  • Read and edit your data from inside the app.
  • Delete your account and everything with it.
  • Turn off notifications at any time.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. After deletion it is erased within thirty days, except what the law requires us to keep.

Changes

On a material change we notify you in the app before it takes effect.

Who controls your data

The controller of your personal data is Softmoons LLC — licensed in the UAE by Sharjah Media City (Shams) under licence number 2648304. Requests for access, correction or deletion are directed to it.
